I just bought a 2006 Honda Element from Airport Honda over the weekend. James Warren was the sales associate that helped me. James was very professional and great to work with. Kristi and I had gone to Economy Honda in Chattanooga, TN Saturday, and they just didn't want to deal with us.  We visited West Chevrolet today to test drive the Traverse.  They didn't really want to deal either.  Finally, we pulled into Airport Honda on a flyer just to see if we could make a good deal.  We saved THOUSANDS over what Economy was asking for the same vehicle.  We saved even more over what West wanted for a comparably equipped Traverse.

 

James Warren did a tremendous job of finding out exactly where we needed to be, and he did his best to meet it.  Jason also did a great job in the finance department.

 

This is our third purchase at Airport Honda over the years.  I've got a good feeling that we'll be back.

My husband and I have been buying and trading cars for nearly 50 years and usually dread the process. I have to say that buying our new 2009 Honda Pilot at Airport Honda and dealing with Jaime Mangual and Casey Donley has to be the best experience we've ever had. They were both so personable and professionel and so helpful. It was a great! I bought my car Wednesday night, picked up Thursday, took it to work on Friday, and I have given the name of my salesman (Tom Strother) and the name of the dealership where I purchased the car to a lady that I work with who is looking for a Honda CRV. It has been a long time since I have purchased a Brand New car and I didn't think I could buy a new one but because the dealership was willing to help me make it happen I have a 2009 CRV.
