• First, we are heeding the recommendations from the Center for Disease
Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, along with local
public health officials and have increased our cleaning standards to protect
our staff and loyal customers. We have added additional cleaning procedures
for our facility and vehicles, including using EPA-Registered disinfectants at
hourly intervals throughout the day and after every test drive and loaner use.
• Twin City Dealerships is providing you with transparent, safe, and easy
online shopping and test drives at your home. Our digital tools allow you to
shop confidently from any location saving you time in the dealership. From Kelley
Blue Book instant trade-in appraisal, CarFax reports, picking your payments and
getting pre-approved for financing, the entire process is available online, on your
terms. We are even offering safe vehicle delivery or demonstration at no
additional charge to your home or business. A truly no hassle experience.
• We are fielding a number of calls from customers wanting to know details
about the falling interest rates. In many cases the recent adjustment in interest
rates, continuing demand for preowned inventory, 90 – 120 day delayed payment
options, and increased manufacturer incentives have created an optimal
opportunity for customers to upgrade their current vehicle with often the same if
not lower monthly payment. We are prepared to conduct no obligation payment
evaluations for our clients, and will do our best to have a turn-around time of less
than 15 minutes. To answer a popular question that has come up, yes, we can
conduct these in person or remotely.
