Express Service Elite status is awarded to those dealers who display the strongest dedication to the Express Service Program.

  • Each dealer must excel in four areas:
  • "Time to complete service"
  • "Fairness of charges"
  • "Reviewed multi point inspection checklist with customer"
  • "Time to complete service is less than 45 minutes"

This is a designation that Honda doesn't award to its dealerships lightly. To even be eligible for consideration, a Honda service center must adhere to strict standards and stay up to date on both Service Advisor and Express Service Tech training from Honda.

Given that these restrictions are met, a dealership must then also earn an especially high score on Express Service customer surveys. The survey results rank eligible dealerships in three key categories that impact customer satisfaction. These include length of time to perform service, whether the service advisor completed the multi-point inspection thoroughly, and how the customer feels the cost of their service compares with the service they received.
